Workshop Cancellation Policy
Workshop refund policies are required to minimize the possibility of a workshop being cancelled due to late payment of fees or last minute withdrawals from training. The policies ensure that the cost of the change is borne by the person making the changes and provides more surety for those who have committed to training and travel plans.
In the unlikely event your workshop is cancelled for any reason by the trainer, students will have the full fee they paid for the workshop refunded, or they may transfer to another workshop at the same level on a different date. No liability for any other costs incurred by students will be accepted by the trainer. Every effort will be made to let you know as soon as possible if there should be a cancellation.

Booking and Refund Policy for Level 1 Workshops
Payment is due at the time of registration to confirm your place.
Students may apply to transfer to another workshop within 6 months or transfer registration to another person if they are unable to attend.
One transfer only and a transfer fee of $50 applies.
No changes within 72 hours of workshop.

Refund Policy for Level 2 & 3 Workshops
Full payment is due at the time of registration.
You may register via Eventbrite if you wish to pay by credit card, and there is a service fee for using this service from Eventbrite.
You can register via bank transfer on this website - account details are given upon completing of the registration form.
You may apply to transfer to another course within 12 months if you are unable to attend the workshop you have registered for.
A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required prior to the commencement of the workshop.
If unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified candidate of your choice.
There is a $100 transfer fee applicable.
No warranty is made that another similar workshop will be available within that 12 month period.
